Cde Matutu accepts Politburo decision ….. attends Chitepo School of Ideology

Suspended ZANU PF former Deputy Youth Affairs Secretary Cde Lewis Matutu has begun his ideological training session at the Party’s Chitepo School of Ideology in line with the Politburo directive.

ZANU PF Politburo at its 336th ordinary session, unanimously agreed to relieve the Secretary for Youth Affairs Cde Pupurai Togarepi, his Deputy Cde Lewis Matutu and Youth league National Political Commissar Cde Godfrey Tsenengamu following the trio’s disregard of Party procedures when airing grievances.

The session further recommended that Cde Matutu and Cde Tsenengamu undergo ideological training at the Chitepo School of Ideology.

Addressing a post Politburo media briefing Party Secretary for Administration Cde Obert Mpofu confirmed that the former deputy secretary for Youth Affairs was attending lessons at the Chitepo School of ideology.

“Cde Matutu is attending the Chitepo School of Ideology sessions as directed by the Politburo”.
