The December 12 Movement will jet into the country this week to attend the ZANU PF 18th National People’s Conference NPC being held under the theme, ‘Mechanise, modernise and grow the economy towards vision 2030.’
ZANU PF holds the 18th NPC in Goromonzi, Mashonaland East Province where over 7 000 delegates from the country’s ten provinces will converge.
The Movement, is a black human rights organization based in New York City with an aim of leading political actions toward local and national mass mobilizations on racism, self-determination, reparations, quality health care, housing, criminal justice and education.
They have been instrumental in the plight to remove the illegal sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe. Leading to the 25 October, a day declared by SADC, the December 12 Movement took to the American streets to communicate the negative impact of these sanctions.
Coming to the 18th National People’s Conference is a sign of solidarity to the ZANU PF and Zimbabwean people.
