ZANU PF First Secretary, His Excellency President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa along with other Heads of States have honoured Mozambique's heroes in a ceremony held at that country's Heroes Square.

His Excellency. President, Daniel Chapo layed a wreath at the Republic of Mozambique’s this morning to honour fallen heroes who were martyred in pursuit of independence from Portuguese colonialism.

FRELIMO fought side by side with the Zimbabwe African National Liberation Army (ZANLA) in the early days of the struggle and after it gained independence in 1975, it offered rear bases for Zimbabwe’s liberation movement.
