His Excellency President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa says the Russian Federation is ready to assist Zimbabwe in whatever development trajectory.
Speaking from Russia, President Mnangagwa disclosed that he had a hearty discussion with President Putin.

The celebrations featured a military parade showcasing personnel and equipment at Moscow's Red Square near the Kremlin, along with various other festivities.
"I had the opportunity of meeting my dear brother President Putin and had heart to heart discussions about our relations and cooperation. I am so happy that he gave me the opportunity for us to exchange our views on how we can promote and deepen our cooperation," he said.
"It has been a very positive and rewarding visit because we were able to discuss about the needs which we have as Zimbabweans and which we believe the Russian Federation can assist in our development trajectory as a people."
