President and First Secretary of ZANU PF, Cde E.D Mnangagwa has thanked Chinese Billionaire Jack Ma for the donation of Corona Virus COVID19 preventative consignment. The consignment landed at the Robert Mugabe International Airport yesterday on the Ethiopian Airlines aircraft. The consignment has face masks, testing kits and gloves among others. Tweeting on his official page, President Mnangagwa wrote “Thank you @JackMa for your generous donation of coronavirus testing kits and preventative materials, a true act of friendship that will be crucial to helping us fight the virus. With unity, discipline and cooperation, we can prevail! @ChineseZimbabwe”Jack Ma has also donated to other African countries in a move that has seen the People’s Republic of China (PRC) providing help to other countries. PRC was first affected by the virus which saw a lot of people dying and many others recovering following the resilience of their medical industry and discipline in dealing with the virus. Lockdowns were upheld while community goods purchases were the order of the day
