President Mnagagwa has said Zimbabwe's political issue is one and it must be discussed at one platform which must not be polarised by those who are operating from the wilderness.Speaking at the Unity day celebrations and meeting of the political parties actors, President Mnangagwa clearly said Polad is the only platform where political leaders seek to unite Zimbabwe and map the way forward hence he will continue moving with committed political players.“Zimbabwe political issue is one and it must be discussed at one platform and that is polad and I am not moving away from that.“Peace is important and harmony is also equally important. If we all preach peace and harmony in the country then we expose those who have brought suffering to the people.“If it is my party that has brought suffering and violence and so on it must be condemned and also any other party whether in Polad or in the wilderness.” said President Mnagagwa.President Mnangagwa also urged Polad members to be vocal and pronounce issues to show that they are vibrant and not allow isolated voices in the jungle to disturb the progress they are making.In line with support and funding, President Mnangagwa said Polad is a platform that government must support because it brings peace and harmony and enables our country to move forward.President Mnangagwa said the occasion marks the last strategic consultative meeting for 2019 and it is on unity day and the unity Accord brought our independence.President Mnangagwa thanked the late Nationalists, Cdes Robert Mugabe and Dr Joshua Nkomo for uniting the people of Zimbabwe which must be cherished for their liberation role to the nation.National Peace and Reconciliation Commission (NPRC) chairperson and Polad co-convenor Justice Selo Nare while giving his remarks said this platform marks the beginning of progress in our country.Mr Nyikadzino, another Polad member said, 2019 was a very successful year for political players as they managed to achieve a lot chief among them putting Zimbabwe on the regional radar which gave birth to the 25 October anti-sanctions day.
