As the ZANU PF 18th National People’s conference approaches, various wings of the Party have begun preparing for the event. The National People’s Conference is slated for next month at Goromonzi High School in Mashonaland East.
In Manicaland, the Provincial Women's league will convene its inter district meeting tomorrow to come up with resolutions for the conference.
Cde Lucy Gdowa, the provincial administrator for ZANU PF in Manicaland said all was set for the hosting of the inter-district meeting.
She said about 408 party distrit chairpersons drawn from Manicaland's 8 Admin districts are expected at the meeting tomorrow.
Cde Gdowa said in total 700 -800delegates will be present for the inter district meeting and donations have been secured to cater for those attending.
7 000 delegates are expected for ZANU PF People’s Conference according to ZANU PF Secretary for Administration, Cde Obert Mpofu.
Cde Mpofu recently said he was pleased with progress recorded toward hosting of the conference as 80 percent of the required works were already in place with outstanding matters to be ready before next month.
