Honey also a variety of antibacterial and antimicrobial properties and drinking honey in tea with lemon can ease sore throat pain and allow one to sleep more soundly.

Vitamin C rich foods such as limes, oranges, grapefruits, leafy greens, and other fruits and vegetables, lemons also plays an important role thanks to their many health benefits.
