ZANU PF First Secretary, His Excellency Cde Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa says the Liberation Movements who met recently in South Africa resolved to remain vigilant against the attacks by the enemy.
ZANU PF, FRELIMO, SWAPO, MPLA, CCM and ANC met at Radisson Blue Hotel to discuss among other things how to ensure the posterity of their parties.
The revolutionary Parties have come under threat with attempts by the colonizers to regain control over the lost colonies.
These attempts have witnessed the use of many Non-governmental organizations advancing a regime change agenda.
The countries Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania therefore met to find ways to collaborate t move forward.
President Mnangagwa addressing the 385th Ordinary Session of the Politburo therefore said the revolutionary Parties needed to safeguard their power.
"The outcome of the Summit of Liberation Movements, held in South Africa, demand that we remain vigilant and advance our shared interests in a changing global political landscape."
CCM took over the reigns from ANC.
