His Excellency President Emmerson Mnangagwa met Mr Ilan Shor, the Russian Federation multi billionaire, Mr Petr Fradkov, the Chairman of the biggest Russian Federation bank, PSB, Mr Igor Chaika, the Chairman for the Russian Federation state company for social and culture promotion and support and Ms Yana Lantrativa, the Ombudsman.

 The meeting was aimed at discussing collaboration and the support that Russia can give to Zimbabwe’s financial, social, and health sectors. The two sides signed a Memorandum of Agreement.
