His Excellency, President Emmerson Mnangagwa, has fired warning shots to the country's detractors urging them to the patriotic instead.
He gave the stern warning during the official launch of the New Glovers Solar Project in Kwekwe.
"To our young entrepreneurs across the country, may this project inspire you to believe that dreams can indeed become a reality. The Second Republic maintains a zero-tolerance stance on sabotage and corruption. Anyone who demands bribes from investors or engages in the theft of solar panels and cables will not be tolerated," he said.
"I urge you all to safeguard this project with the same commitment and care with which you protect your own homes. This initiative is clear proof that when we work together in unity, Zimbabweans are capable of achieving great things."
He noted that the New Glovers Solar Plant is more than a source of electricity. It is a beacon of hope and a symbol of innovation. It is a testimony of resilience, and indeed, proof that when Zimbabweans unite and rise to the occasion, our national development leaps forward.
