The repetitive process which has characterized debate in Parliament on Constitutional Amendment Bill number 3 is granting the Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs the prerogative to move to the voting stage.

The trend coupled with 537 102 written submissions against a total of 2935 shows that the people of Zimbabwe have welcomed #CAB3 and are backing it. 

ZANU PF which holds the two-thirds majority in Parliament is expected to vote in support of the bill alongside the opposition, some of whom have expressed their satisfaction with the bill.
