The Information and Publicity Department Secretary and Party Spokesperson, Ambassador Christopher Mutsvangwa, has congratulated His Excellency, Cde Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa for securing the United Nations Security Council non-permanent Seat after receiving 182 votes out of 191.

In a statement, Cde Mutsvangwa said, "Your Excellency, me and my Department of Information and Publicity hail You and Your Second Republic for the overwhelming endorsement big win with full aplomb. You have rightly and proudly reclaimed the prestige, respect, and trust of the global community in a short six years of your rule.
