Dr Mpofu Urges Former Liberation Movements To Unite Against Post-Colonial Forces ZANU PF Secretary for Administration, Dr Obert Mpofu, has called for a collective return to the liberation values This comes in the wake of concerted efforts Dr Mpofu’s call could have been a response to a statement   In a terse statement this evening Dr Mpofu said, “a collective return to our liberation values will defeat the postcolonial energies tearing Africa apart. Liberation Movement’s fight against neo-colonial powers is grounded on unbreakable brotherhood. No neo-colonial urgency formed against our roots can uproot our anti-colonial political soul.” He added: “While Global-North hegemony is paraded as the trusted model for pursuing sustainable socio-economic and political development, we need to be more discerning of its linear and exploitative manoeuvres.”
