Easter message from Archbishop Andby Makururu of the Johanne the Fifth of Africa

The spirit is saying that this Easter season the people of Zimbabwe must pray for unity and peace.

As you may be aware the Easter season has a lot of accidents, it is our plea as a church to all drivers to drive cautiously and avoid drunk-driving.

For families, please avoid travelling in large numbers so that families do not perish.

As a church, we will gather with our church members from Mozambique and South Africa so that we pray for unity and peace as SADC countries. We will also take time to pray with the people of Palestine so that their war comes to an end.

We are happy that God is guiding us and that our leaders understand the huge role that the church is playing.
