The Ministry has secured funding from the African Development Bank in Zimbabwe for horticulture, aquaculture, and livestock production.
The International Labour Organisation is the technical arm of the project, while the Ministry of Youth is the project owner through the Business Development Department.
The Minister of State Cde Albert Nguluvhe recommended that the project should go beyond a district but be implemented Matabeleland South's seven districts equally and consider the cross breeding of Matabele and Boer goats.
He added that for water supplementary, drilling rig in the Province would help secure sufficient water supply.

I believe that every child deserves access to quality education, and I am proud to play a role in making that a reality," he said.
"I would like to extend my gratitude to the school administrations and teachers for their tireless efforts in shaping the minds of our future leaders. I also urge parents and guardians to continue supporting their children's education, as it is a crucial aspect of their development. Together, we can build a brighter future for our children and our community. I look forward to continuing to work with you to address the needs of our constituency and promote the welfare of our people."
