Senators in the Upper House began their debate on Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3. 

The Bill was passed by the Lower House with 216 Parliamentarians voting in favour of the Bill against 42.

Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Honourable Ziyambi Ziyambi has already presented the second reading of the Bill and Senators are expected to debate extensively before it moves to the next stage.
